Services:

At Neighborhood Knits we want our customers knitting and not winding!  We offer, at no charge, yarn winding services for all yarn purchased at our store.  Most yarn can be wound while you wait, and if not we will arrange for you to pick it up at a later time.  Wound yarn is not returnable, so we recommend that if you are not certain that all of your yarn will be used, leave a skein or two unwound.  If you find out that you do need it, you are welcome to bring it back for winding.

Return Policy:

We offer a three-month return policy on unused yarn purchased for a project (this is for unused yarn only; the entire purchase of yarn cannot be returned after three months).  All yarns and labels must be in saleable condition to be refunded, and the yarn must continue to be stocked by the store. 

Needles may be returned within three days as long as they are unopened. 

No returns are offered on books and patterns.
